Maybe it was like a three million dollar contract?

Shannon hate?

What about shannon love?

What has he ever done to receive a thread on him signing in europe when he's been to other teams in the NHL since.

It's like having a thread on dackell in europe...or schaefer...Actually, no. It's nothing like that. Dackell and schaefer did wayyyy more for the senators then shannon did.

It's no hate for the guy...it's "why the hell is there a thread on a guy who can barely crack any nhl line up signing in europe"...who cares?

I came on here to see if there was some other worldly reason in the OP as to why this is a thread...but there isn't.

As an equipment manager?

Which part of his 4 goals in 45 games makes you want to insert him into the lineup over toughness like neil/smith or over youth like silfverberg/stone/zibanejad or top players like turris/spezza/michalek/alfredsson etc.

Not only do i not see it. I REALLY dont see it.

I liked Shannon. Played a useful role for us as a speedy depth winger, and he filled in pretty well in a top-9 role when injuries hit. He'll be great in Europe I think.

Yes, good luck to you Shannon. What I remember about Shannon was his great skating ability which should serve him well on the big ice surfaces over in Europe.
