Now there's only one deal to make! NHL and NHLPA.

Please no lockout. Please, please, please, no no no. Go away bad lockout. Naughty naughty lockout. There's no room for you lockout. I don't wanna see FBJMiG#64 in Finland anymore, I don't wanna see him in WC anymore. I put a spell on yoooouuuu, you ******** lockout!

..ok maybe Weber and Suter and Parise and Semin deals too

Can you think of 2 better players, on this team, for him to play his rookie season with?

Sure, it would be amazing for Coyle to play with Heatley and Koivu. I don't think it would be amazing for our team, though. Coyle's projected to be a 2nd liner. Not sure he has the skill to be a 1st line winger.

While it was kind of funny to see people freaking out here, it's good to see this confirmed officially Anyone else think the Wild are overhyping him a bit too much though? I hope the "average" fan won't be expecting PPG from the start. Although that's exactly what was said before his first season with IFK

BTW get ready for the new wave of finnish posters here, there's already a lot of us but I think it's safe to say more will come

I actually want to get into this debate, but I don't think the Granlund thread is the best place. Don't want to derail it; let's just say I find fault with the logic you presented.

He got pretty emotional when talking about his three years with HIFK.

It's when Heatley has to do things by himself that he becomes useless. With that stupid scrape the ceiling slapper that he does every single time he gets the puck with space.

Seriously, does he just watch highlights from Gretzky in the 80's and think that's still applicable today?
Child, please. Heatley had to do stuff by himself last season and was far from useless. I agree a FBJ would boost his numbers, though. I do not believe they'll start the season together, however.
