I'd say it's a good chance we see the phantoms on CSN Philly

The more I hear about this pick, the more I like it. He is exactly what the Flyers need; a tough two way center behind Giroux and Couturier. I know a lot of people wanted Maata but I don't think he is anything special especially offensively. With the depth of this upcoming draft, I think the Flyers could choose a much better defensive prospect next year than Maata. Names to keep an eye on are Robert Hagg, Josh Morrissey, Ryan Pulock and Darnell Nurse.

I watched the game last night and can honestly say that Laughton reminds me of a more physical version of Logan Couture. The first goal that Lessio scored last night was 100% Laughton. Same with the first goal that Jenner scored. I don't think people realize this, but Laughton has fantastic vision. He's also got incredibly soft hands and with that non stop motor, he's just going to be a real pain to play against. Flyers definitely got a good one.....

Damnit... really would LOVE for someone to send a link for streams. Would love to see Laughton play.

I feel like Laughton is our version of Brandon Sutter, although I think Laughton will be a tougher guy to play against.

First shift he did get knocked on his butt by Dougie Hamilton though, but bounced right up.
He just got his first goal

Might as well start looking forward to the draft. Ugh.

SURPRISE! We have our first rounder this year as well (for the time being).

You should know my types by now. I am watching Kerby Rychel left wing from Windsor.

Another youngster to watch is Ryan Pulock. A lot of people seem to think he could be a clear cut #1 in the NHL when he fully develops. Had 3 assists tonight in a 7-4 win for Brandon over Regina. We would probably have to move up to get him, but there is a possibility he falls out of the top 10 with the great forward prospects this year. 2 games played he has 4 assists and is a +4.

So if there is no season at all I assume the 2013 draft order will be the same as 2012. Is that right? Honestly I think there will be a short season but I'm just curious.

No. A lottery will determine the entire draft order.

Going by the 2005 draft, here's the odds of each team

The forward depth in this draft is crazy. With everyone taking defensemen last year, that should push a good defenseman within the flyers striking distance. Josh Morrissey is a another good one who some have said is better offensive defensemen than Morgan Rielly. He had better numbers in his first year. Robert Hagg has been a star player at the tournaments, most recently the Ivan Hlinka. Nikita Zadarov and Darnell Nurse are big shut down guys, with Nurse slated as a late first early 2nd. With all that said, the Flyers will probably draft a forward.

Did you watch him through the OHL stream? Or did you get it somewhere else?

Edit: nevermind read the other thread and saw you ordered it.

We'll probably get a few games, but I think coverage will be sparse. They'd probably need someone else's TV coverage unless they move some games down here. I'd hope we could get 1 every 2 weeks.

I heard NBCSN was supposed to pick some up though.
