I concur and I'm a Canucks fan.

CBJ bends Boston over and bribe the Canucks to not report them after seeing it happen

So Columbus gets a complete rebuild for a guy who puts up around 60something points every year, Boston gets that player for their top prospect and two key players, and the Canucks give up a potential franchise goalie for a second line center?

Canucks run away and hide while screaming no backsies.
Boston is left in a pool of its own tears after being taken advantage of by two teams, not just one.
Columbus all of a sudden has a lot of depth and great Potential

sorry but how is Krejci for Schneider a great deal for Van?

lose their future goalie for a center that converts to wing or plays 3C....

Holy freaking crap. Why not just cut out the middleman and send us Hamilton, Krejci, and Marchand? It'd still be hideously unpalatable to Boston, but that'd at least leave us improved at forward.

As much as we like Hamilton, we don't need to push for him like that.

Take Hamilton out of it, and I'm still not sure Boston does it.

Given what Columbus wants, and that Boston is apparently a potential suitor I thought it was reasonable. Boston fans disagree, oh well. Back to the drawing board.

usually fans of every other team are trying to bend us over.. it is refreshing to see one do the opposite in our favor.

Hamilton isn't going anywhere! Ask Toronto how much there kicking there selfs now for making that trade. Hamilton is ranked 4th overall in players not in the NHL and that isn't even the most recent ranking.Not to mention he got Top defensmen of the year.

How about:

Columbus gets: Raask, Kesler
Boston gets: Nash, Edler
Vancouver gets: Krejci, Tyutin

Columbus gets a goaltender and a much need center. Plus, they get two players to help completely change the culture in Columbus.

Boston gets the much "heralded" power forward this franchise has been clamoring for since Cam Neely and they get a young defenseman who's ready to become a top two guy and someone who they can groom to eventually replace big Z.

As for Vancouver, they get a superb second line center in Krejci and a solid top two guy in Tyutin.

I think those would be the deals each franchise would consider.

Why does every one want to give up Hamilton. This kid will be a beast in the NHL

That is too much coming from Boston in my opinion.

The bad thing about any team trading for Nash is that most rumors have had Columbus wanting the kind of return you would expect for a 50 goal 100 point player while his last season he was a 30 goal 29 assist guy. If the Bruins gave up Marchand who was a 28 goal 27 assist guy and Krejci who was a 23 goal 39 assist guy and Hamilton who was over a point per game d-man in the OHL, just looking at the math it is a horrible trade.

Most of us know you can't look at numbers alone, but that deal the numbers are so overwhelming that if you were a GM and made that deal I would think you would have to be fired. Krejci and Nash put up points at practically the same rate and it has been over 3 years since Nash has put up 40 goals, even though all that is true, apparently Columbus wants a return worthy of a superstar for a guy who averages 60 points per season. He only scores on average 6 more points than Krejci.

Maybe Nash scores at a better rate with better players, but I really don't see him putting up enough points to make this deal worthwhile. He would have to score close to 100 points every year to make this deal worth it.

I think about that for Boston, but I'm not sure it works capwise.

Why involve VAN?

Raask, Krejci <-> Nash

Or

Thomas, Krejci <-> Nash
