Lost in all the excitement of today, GW2 has a release date now:

So, EA finally reached the obvious conclusion:

In the near future, EA will transition to solely digital distribution. They are phasing brick and mortar stores out entirely in favor of selling their games digitally.

Pastapadre is hinting at either a $15 price drop or credit for NHL 13 preorders

Pretty sure there is a reason it got lost. It's not exciting. First one was a turd of a game. Honestly not sure why it's getting as much hype as it is.

PS+ not too exciting this month...Pacman and Gotham City Impostors.

I'm now 36% on Saints Row 2. The game is starting to get a little repetitive but still pretty fun. A LOT like Infamous, except with gangs instead of superheros.

Hate this idea......I don't want to purchase a new copy of an EA game for couple years. They royally peeved me off with how HUT plays.

But on the other hand.....I still can't believe that I have to get up and change a disc everytime I want to play a different game. How long have we had multi-disc changers in our vehicles, but we can't get them on a video game console that came out in 2005???

For sure. If I have a 200+ GB hard drive just let me rip the games to it.

Thats why if I ever have the money to design my own game room, I'm going to make sure I find a way to put the consoles right next to my chair, so I dont have to get my butt up to change games.

Also, Final Doom is interesting.

Hah, I could write a 10 page rant based on that sentence alone.

For PS3 games, that's not going to get you very far. Some games edge up into the 30+ GB range. Most are only in the 8GB-15GB range though. I know I've had to delete a lot of games to fit my 120GB HDD, and that's just from free stuff on PS+.

It could of been said a while back but I don't have the patience to search. Anyone on here play WoW? I used to play the game back in the day during the original game and first expansion but haven't picked it up since. Was just kind of wondering

Get a 1-2TB drive. Most people seem to believe you have to buy the hard drive from Sony, when in all actuality you just need a laptop hard drive (There are some limitations). I have a 1TB laptop hard drive in my PS3 and I have over 30 games on it. Some of them being small PSN games.

I'd say they're close enough on the fans and crowds so that doesn't bother me at all. Hopefully they can manage to cut a license to get accurate music/goalsongs and fix the problems with disabling menu music.

So who else is happy that everytime we all did Be a GM and got Parise/Suter and played with them and just thought of the endless opportunities that it actually became true.

Also I didn't care what the cost was but on HUT I spent 15000 pucks for Parise and already had Suter.

From what I have heard Nhl 13 is a another big leap forwards like Nhl 10 was. Canīt wait to pick it up.

Season 11-12, playing with the current Minnesota roster in Be A GM. Traded Cullen + 1st for Landeskog and made some other moves involving Mark Stuart coming back from WPG.

Anyway, got approached by NYR on the zero hour of the trade deadline. This is their offer:

To MIN:

Marc Staal
2013 7th round pick

To NYR:

Pierre-Marc Bouchard

I'm seriously thinking of doing this. Staal is younger, still has B+ potential and would fill a hole in my D. I also already have Granlund as my 2nd line center so Bouchard is not as essential as he would otherwise be.

Should I?

Aboslutely!

EA has said in NHL 13 GM AI will be much improved and silly trades won't be offered by AI controlled teams.

In my be a pro on NHL 12, I got drafted by the Wild (fluky) and when I joined their team Granlund was gone. Here he wasn't signed to an offer and Colorado picked him up. WTF
