It may not be the Stanley Cup but it is still a very nice accomplishment to be proud of.

I can only imagine the financial windfall this run has brought the franchise. Ticket prices jacked up, tons of merchandise sold, concessions, and a revitalised and expanded fanbase.

Unlike past runs, no one knew this run was coming. To best your two biggest rivals in the process is icing on the cake.

It was and that's why I may buy the shirt/hat. Most "experts" had us finishing around the 10 spot in the east. MISSING the playoffs. Last year was an anomaly. From the coach to the injuries to cap hell. No one gave us a shot this season. We were treading water at the start. Losing Zajac was big. One of the best two-way centers in the league. But we battled through it.

The first round was a huge hump. Florida was a pain in our ass and the PK was mediocre. But everything changed once TZ scored the winner in game 6. You just got the feeling that they needed to get out of the first and then they'd steamroll ****.

Philly ***** everyone's love child in the Pens. Crosby was back, the stage was set for a run. But MAF was mediocre and their D was trash. From then on every on everyone had the flyers pegged as THE team to beat. Funny, once NJ raked them in 5 it turned into philly's D was trash and they had no goaltending.

We move on to the rangers and we hear about how Lundqvist owns us. How we can't beat that team across the Hudson. Not only did Devils fans fill the rock but the team as a whole took it to them. And now here we sit, 4 wins from the friggin cup. The team nobody gave a chance. The team everyone loved to bet against.

I will never forget this run. And, with Parise's lingering UFA status, it couldn't have come at a better time.

Beating your two biggest rivals is nice. Doing so to advance to the finals is even sweeter.

Replacing "Matteau" with "Henrique" is what makes this run incredible.

Probably and hopefully enough to fix the supposed financial problems this team may have?

I saw them for sale at the Rock's team store when I was at game 4 during the Florida series. Though the one I really want are the black ones with the team name across the front. The ones they wore during the regular season.

That picture is fantastic.

I love how Gio2.0 is barely visible. Five foot 7 my azz, my guess is he's 5'5".

The America is fat jokes never end.

The ECFC hats look sharp, nicer than my '95 cup hat but I'll wait til they hopefully win it all before I go merch crazy. I'll be home this summer and either way looking to buy some shiny new gear.

That picture has so many great things going on from Fayne to little Gio

Volchenkov looks like he's snaking Daly and Daly enjoys it

Zubrus is like 'holy **** clarky bro look at that chicks boobs'

The guy behind Patty trolling the picture (who I thought was Boulton at first but Boulton has a beard)

Probably not. The arena debt still dwarfs whatever they're making from the run.

At this point I have very little doubt that he will stay if Lou gives him a fair contract. Especially if we win the Cup.

Odd question.. I saw lots of shots of Sykora, Boulton and Janssen lingering about... but no Larsson. I figured he'd be loitering around Moose or Josefson, but nope.

I noticed that in the devils pr video too I don't understand why he was not present in a suit and tie.

I was at the game. They sat right below us.
Larsson was in the suite with a suit and tie during the game

He looks puzzled

To the top right of that picture you can somewhat see a sign that reads "King Marty"

These guys were a few rows behind the Rangers bench and during each stoppage in play and after each Devils goal they went behind the bench and held up the King Marty sign and the second guy held up a "Queen Henrik" sign next to him

My curiosity leads me to ask what the scratched players are like during the game?
