Marty was stellar tonight, especially in the third.

Finally back home.

Wow....Never thought I'd see this day.

Congrats to everyone here. Be proud and loud!!!! Eastern Conference Champions. How damn good does that sound?

There have certainly been some rough time through the last few years. Hugging friends and even complete strangers makes it all ****ing worth it. Epic is the only way to describe the feeling in that building tonight.

LOVE. THIS. TEAM.

That was truly a special moment, that I will never forget. I became a fan shortly after the glory years but I am certainly well-versed in my history. So Im truly grateful for the moment that i witness tonight at the Rock, as it was my fondest memory as a NJ Devils fan so far. Very excited to be heading to The Rock for some Cup games. Thank you Adam Henrique, thank you Devils! 4 more W's!

Florida has the most credibility taking the Eastern Conference Champions to 7 games. They seemed like our toughest opponent so far.
As odd as it may sound, I think the Panthers were definitely our toughest opponent so far, that was an extremely tight series

I feel if tonights Devils team played that Panthers team we would do work against them. This Eastern Conference champion team is playing worlds better then mid April Devils.

BTW....I don;t know who I hugged at Edison when Henrique scored, but I love you all. I was wearing a black hoodie with an asian girlfriend. I was going ballistic, and if I hugged you I meant it.

Id like to not overlook Zubrus's great defense at the other end before the GWG. Some solid work on I think Dubinsky. Just a hell of a freakin moment tonight!

I was wearing the Bergfors jersey and had glasses on. I probably did hug you. I ran around that place like a lunatic.

At the time of playing them, yes. But I think the difficulty that series is what woke this team up. You could go into the playoffs with all of the confidence in the world (and I'm sure they were very confident about themselves in general), but it was a reality check to come up against a team just as hungry to prove something that wasn't going to lay down and let you take away their moment without a fight. Florida pushed back about as much as any team in the playoffs would period, so it was great to get that matchup right from the start. It forced this team to raise their intensity level right away. And not to mention, having their backs against the wall down 3-2 and winning back to back OT games to advance definitely hammered it home in their minds that they can beat anyone and can come back in any spot.

By the same token, nobody calls Semin Syomin, it's the correct English pronunciation

I'd do it again and again. Worth it. Tonight ruled. Hopefully we get another celebration but on a bigger scale in two weeks.

One guy who has not received much praise for his play is Andy GReene. I really like the new role he's taken on in being a very reliable and less offensive d-man. Hands-down he has been our most reliable defenseman IMO.
