Round 4 Tickets to go on sale soon!
!! Facebook Page for Tickets !!

Information and prices:

3D Seating Chart:
http://www.seats3d.com/nhl/new_jersey_devils/

$10 Ticket Info:
The $10 tickets are a day-to-day thing with lines varying depending on the games*:
Weekday (non-rivals) - probably should get there around 5, or later if it's a really lousy draw
Weekday (rivals and special games) - probably need to get there 3-4
Rangers - try 1-2ish
Weekend - probably need to get there at least three hours before game time
*These are just educated guesses from what has been said on other forums. Tickets go on sale at 5 now, not 5:30, at least according to the Devils' website.

**
Mod Note:
Tickets can be bought/sold for personal use.
HFBoards.com is not a forum you can use to sell tickets for profit.
HFBoards also does not sponsor/endorse any deals . Buyer beware.

If anybody at all has a single or a pair available for any game except game 5 and is willing to part with them at sth price let me know. I know it's a longshot.

Hence why the last thread got to 1300 posts in one afternoon

I do wonder if the prices were going to be so high, why do my tickets have a list value of $150 printed on it? I thought that was intended to be 'regular face' (with sth face being $75)? Obviously they have a much higher value in the presale.

I remember dropping just over $100 for upper-deck seats to Games 1 and 5 in 2003. The prices this year make me feel even less self-conscious about paying $375 for a lower bowl seat to Game 7 on e-bay that year

The point I saw in the other thread about potential Cup-winning games should be valued more is incorrect...it may be a Cup-winning game (maybe in Game 5, definitely in Game 7) but you may also never get that game played. The secondary market will price tickets in that way but the team can't do it because of people who buy strips and have sth's at a set price. The single-game prices need to be a set price too.

What sucks for people in this round is everyone's going to be a LOT less self-conscious at selling extra tickets for profit since we're not playing a rival team and can't realistically have a King fan invasion. A lot of us were willing to sell at sth face for the last two rounds to make sure Devil fans are in the building, but in this round we 'know' Devil fans will be in the building.

I went to all 3 home games in the Finals in 2000, had lower corners about 13 rows up and tickets were $90 a piece per game. Oh how times have changed.

I have 2000-2001 finals tickets in front of me and 14 rows from the ice was $150

Incredible how things have changed over 10 or so years

I just don't like the attitude that we aren't allowed to be upset about because it did come as a surprise when you compare how prices for all the other pre-sales were and what their increase was. Ya it isn't going to change anything but a bunch of us got up, got what monies we could in order expecting (foolishly perhaps) to buy tickets that were marked up in line with what the marks up have been for every round.

No it isn't going to change anything, but it was still really damn frustrating to see. No need for people to get high and mighty about it. Everyone knows the prices are a done deal. Also if at any point someone wants to sell upper bowl seats for anything under $200 PM the HELL out of me

Yeah, back then I was more of a snob where I sat so I went for center-ice in Games 1 and 5, then figured I'd get a lower bowl for Game 7 so I'd have a good view of the celebration. Too bad back then they didnt have digital cameras lol (or at least I didn't have one and was using a disposable box camera to take pictures).

I do remember the face on my lower seat in Game 7 being $150 as well. Nine years changes a lot, as does the secondary market exploding, plus a new building, not to mention 2003 was our third Finals appearance in four years, this is our first in nine. Out-of-state fans plan trips just to see these games, you aren't just competing with local fans to buy in this round the way you would in the first three.

Ticket prices are outrageous. I thought $150 would get it done, still pricey but I was ready to buck up. Twice that? Just can't do it.

And Im not complaining. If the Dev's can sell out at these prices, go do it. Make some $$$$. Let the Dev's be the hot ticket. We know they could use the financial shot in the arm, so revel for a bit. I'll just have to sit and watch at home.

And this only strengthens my resolve to buy season tickets for next year.
