Royals wounds have been predominantly self inflicted.

Edit: Jones.....ugh, again.

The Pirates find the least exciting ways to score runs.

I don't care how we score as long as we're winning.

Yost appears to be in the John Russell form of managers. On some of these close plays, yesterday and today, he hasn't come out of the dugout to argue, or get an explanation from the umps.

J'Mac deserved to get run support. I'm glad that he gets out of this game w/o the loss.

I don't know if we'll ever top the walkoff HBP.

Haha, did you see the closeup of Hughes huffing and puffing and snorting?? Seems like he gets wound up.

Slaten and Hughes shut the door that Resop opened.

EDIT: Oh yeah, it wouldn't be a Pirate game if it didn't last at least 3 hours, as this one surely will. Heck, a couple weeks ago we won a 1-0 game and it lasted over 3 hours.

I've been watching the SCF game after our 5 run inning and it looks like we are moving at a snail's pace here. Come on boys. Get through the game and grind out the win.

2 more innings!

Hughes behaves like a wild animal who's been temporarily been let out of his cage. Love it.

Raise it!

We won that game largely on the incompetence of the Royals, but we'll take it.

Great job by the pen! Nice to get a win when some of our best players had an off night, (JMac and Cutch in particular).

Oh yeah, almost forgot....we are one game out of 1st.
