Bucs just tied the franchise record - most homers in a month - 39 HRs.

Just huge to give your "coming off an injury pitcher" some breathing room.
Allows Karstens to settle down and just pitch.

That was the second time in 2 days they were extra careful with Walker in order to get to Pedro, and he's responded with 7 RBIs. See if that happens again.

Got a bit of a break in the Pedro AB, when that sure strike was called a ball. Changes the complexion of the AB as Pedro stays ahead in the count and can look for a "hitter's pitch".

What is Pedro's BA with bases loaded this season? Got to be over .500.

Karstens looking good so far. 4 runs leading definitely took pressure off of him.

People better not believe in protection in the lineup. Cutch has 1000 OPS with maybe 2 other regulars around league average in Walker and Alvarez. He shouldn't be getting anything remotely close to a strike yet he gets pitches on the fat part of the plate all the time.

Damn, could have been a big DP.
Great play by Walker but the Barmes throw was not good. Pulls Jones off the bag.

No lead is safe with Karstens on the mound.

Haha, sorry about that.
I was going to post he was OK and back in the field, but then went on to other things, lol. In hindsight that is pretty vital info considering the posts that preceded yours.
