Looks like the bone-crushing hits didn't work in Dmitrij's favor tonight ... Charging and hitting to the head ... Kicked out the game ... Was it bad Moncton fans (suspension) that would help the rest of the league ... Where's Catz and his thoughts... I don't care, but don't criticize chsb if you're going to do the same thing lol.

Looks llike you do care. You're no better running around calling him out. Hypocrite
Wasn't a very good showing for Moncton. I don't think Jaskin will get a suspension tho cause upon video review , the league will determine the point of impact was not his head. MacKinnon was bent over facing the boards , it was dedinitely a checking from behind penalty that should have been called.

I agree it was a very dirty hit but the initial contact was not to MacKinnon's head. Watch the replay.

Oh? Please provide some examples then ... I talk/"call him about" hockey , not Catz ******** on the Titan for fun whenever they lose .. I do no such thing ...

And how can you say the point of impact was not the head? I'll give you then benefit of the doubt if you did not see it at a good angle (assuming you went to the game) ... as new pictures and replay are now available, but it is quite clear now that the head was contacted, and it was a careless dirty play by Jaskin ...

The proof is in the 3-game suspension he received tonight.

That really hurts his chance at 50 goals and the scoring title but it's still do able.

Off to a rough start in SJ. Down 4-1 in the second. Holo pulled after 3 goals on 12 shots. Penny and Tremaine are both dressed.

Big 5-1 win over Bathurst tonight ! Garland has a great first game back picking up a goal. Lalonde continues to impress with 2 goals. Dubeau played a solid game , sucks he didn't get the shutout as he made quite a few big saves in close.Overall it was a good showing and more important, a 60 minute effort. We have to build off this win , Go Cats Go!

Is there a place (website) that the Q, O or W playoffs?

We get nothing here in the states.

Glad to see Garland is back in the lineup! Go Cats.

All games are streamed online at a cost.

The W and O have their own sites but the QMJHL one is http://telus.pqm.net

Since 2-3 games Melindy plays much better, I think playing with probably Racine gives him less pressure !! can't wait for the playoff !!

Jaskin is still within striking distance of the scoring title, currently sitting 5 points behind Rimouski's Peter Trainor with 10 games remaining.

Not looking llike he'll be able to catch up as Drouin has the most game remaining and got 4 points tonight in Hali's 11-3 win over Bathurst.

Drouin's point streak almost ended last night but he got an empty net goal to keep it going.

Disappointin loss tonight against the last place Screaming Eagles. Looks like the Cats took them too lightly after humiliating them 12-2 last week. Too many selfish plays tonight. Melindy was as brutal as ever. Someone really needs to go over basics with him. He's soo lost out there , looks nothing like a 19 year old vet , more like a 17 Jr.A calibre affiliate player. Phoenix must be kicking tires everytime they watch him play.

Moncton pulled off a much needed 6-1 win against Saint John tonight in front of a sold out crowd at the Coliseum. Veilleux led the way with a hat trick , Lalonde with a pair and Johnson had the goals for Moncton. Allain Saulnier added 4 assists and Danault had 3 helpers. Holowenko was solid in net ,stopping 17 of 18 shots. This win was especially a good effort since we were missing Dubeau ,Alex Saulnier , Penny to injury and Johnston and Wood to suspension. Beliveau, Simpson and Bradley were called up to replace. With a crowd of 5000+ and a regulation win , the Wildcats won this year's Rivalry Cup ! Congrats!

Edited: Also missing to injury was Jaskin..

Moncton can return all their D but Narbonne ... Their forwards though, that's a different story ... Depends on who goes for Danault.

We will likely have nine returning forwards. Lalonde, Johnston,Haas, Tremaine, Penny, Johnson, Barbashev, Garland and Batt. The Victo trade might send one or two of them. We decent forward prospects with Pitre, Pugsley, Bradley, Simpson, Gray, Hynes and Mansbridge. As for Defence , I suspect Melindy and Emond will both be back as 20's. Wood and Sweeney are also returning. One can pencil in McCabe to make the team which leaves one of two spots open for prospects or FAs.
