What would Edmonton have to send Buffalo in order to recieve Luke Adam and Brayden McNabb as a package?

In his defense, Eberle, RNH and Hall aren't much better, and that's all Edmonton has.

I really don't see anything enticing that we'd need from you, besides players like Hall, Eberle, RNH, and the 1st overall pick, all of which should be off limits for the two prospects you want.

The Sabres would have to be adding to those guys to get one of the presumed Edmonton untouchables. I don't see it making sense for the Sabres otherwise.

I wouldn't trade McNabb if I'm Buffalo, but how about Adam and Jordan Leopold for Paajarvi?

Sabres could use a guy with his speed and size on the wing, and maybe he'd get some chemisty with Leino. He's also at a cheap cap hit, which helps as well.

Leopold gives Edmonton a solid puck-moving minute-eating defenseman who has a year left and could be parlayed into a draft pick. Adam will at worst be a 3rd liner in my opinion, has top-6 upside, and would give the Oilers some needed size down the middle.

Do you still have Belanger under contract? I'd take a year of that on the 4th line. Fair?

Exactly. The only players of interrest that the Oilers have are Eberle, RNH and Hall and the 2012 1st rd pick.
If the Oilers want Luke Adam and Brayden McNabb one of the four has to be involved or 'Au Revoir'

You guys dont use your heads at all, what do you think it would take to get buffalos top prospects? Why does buffalo move them if 1st, Eberle, Hall, or RNH are not coming back?

Sure as hell isnt anything else attractive on your team

2013 1st, with a conditional 2014 1st if the 2013 is outside the top 10.

Or perhaps yours?

They're great prospects but Nail Yakupov is the real deal.

A potential 3rd line centre and potential 2nd pairing defenceman for a potential franchise winger
Luke Adam=Anton Lander/Tyler Pitlick
Brayden McNabb=Martin Marincin/Martin Gernat

I'm not sure why the OP even would want to add even more "B" prospects

Well if your posting on HF then you should at least know something about prospects and as of right now Edm has a ton of prospects outside of our big 4. I do think Buffalo could afford to move a player like Mcnabb, but Adam is a keeper to help give the top 9 some size.

If Edm wanted to trade for Mcnabb I am sure they have the assets to make the deal without touching their fab 4, but I think that he isn't far enough along his development curve for them right now. The oilers need a d-man who can step in and run their PP right now, which is not what Mcnabb is ready for at this time. He is a great prospect, but Edmonton needs a player with a couple of years under his belt.

To be fair, if a Sabres fans had said "Anton Lander and Martin Marincin," I'm pretty sure the OP would have screamed bloody overpayment.

The OP might very well have but he didn't. One poster did say the 1st overall(and questioned my knowledge), and many others have said only that pick or one of Hall, Eberle, Nugent-Hopkins

Adam is still a prospect? anyways, I thought Pysyk, Armia and Foligno were Buffalo's top prospects today and I thought Adam's value lowered due to his play recently but I could be wrong, I also understand both teams may not be the best of trading partners at the moment.

Armia, Foglino, Pysyk, Brennan, McNabb is how I'd have Buffalo's prospects. Not sure how Luke Adam(who's 10 months younger than Gagner) would still be considered a top prospect
