If you do a full tuck on your skate will it ware away the tendon guard ?

If you do a full tuck on your skate will it ware away the tendon guard ?

Wanted to ask this question, have new skates. Bauer vapor x60. don't want to ware away at the tendon guard and ruin the skates. anybody do a full tuck and notice there tendon guard ware away. And yes, it will accelerate wear and tear there. Especially for a low end skate with a softer tendon guard.

Why do you want to do a full tuck anyways?
