Just wondering how much property damage was caused tonight.
I got off pretty easy... The first thing I saw when the Kings scored goal #4 was a full Ice Breakers container, which promptly exploded against my wall and sent the plastic casing and the mints all over my room. I don't really want to clean it up. $2
Now, every time I see Ice Breakers I'm going to think of this stupid ****ing game.
Nothing to be honest. I was just laughing at everything that happened. I'm past the stage of throwing and breaking things. I'm to the point of laughing at everything.
After Kings went ahead 4-0 I went to play two rounds of disc golf. It was 4:30 AM and I wasn't even only one on the course . So that's it, I've thrown some flying discs.
i threw a broken ps3 controller sitting next to my tv off into the abyss that is the right half of my bedroom. pretty sure it hit a bookcase with a bunch of old models and stuff from when i was a kid. haven't looked to see what's broken yet and i don't plan to for some time.
normally if my team got eliminated i would be pissed, but the way it all happened tonight i wasn't mad after the 3rd goal was scored. by that point it was just funny to me that the refs were finally going to beat us after trying for so long.
Nothing. My reaction was more violent in 2009, when I kicked and then flipped a couch in my fraternity house, drank myself stupid playing beer pong, and then woke up on a bench the next morning with a puddle of puke on the ground next to me and no memory of what happened in between.
Game 2 was the angry one for me. Punched a hole in my bedroom door.
I punched my cellphone game 1 I think. Depression game 2. Somber the rest of the way. Disappointment tonight.
What a lame way to go out. They had how many more PPs and ref support, I'll call the pick that lol? It shouldn't have to end like that, and probably didn't have to.
I have broken way, way too much in the past. I'm over that stage, or so it seems. I don't make enough money to break **** so I have to be careful. Even with my anger
Almost my hand. After the 2nd goal I slapped a wood TV tray next to me repeatedly - very hard. About 10 or 15 times. Until I couldn't feel anything more in my hand.
Seems I am with most people. At first I slammed the table, but after the circus continued I just laughed because of how stupid and disgraceful it all was.
I think the ref setting a damn pick on Volch was the tipping point into utter laugh mode.
I was actually not that bad this year. All I remember is breaking a remote after FLA tied it late in game 7, and breaking another remote when the Rangers came back to tie it at 3-3 in game 5. Not that bad tonight, you kinda knew it was over after the 1st period, it would have been a lot worse if it was in overtime or something
Was pretty calm until I shut the game off after that double minor in the second. After I turned it off, the loss kind of settled in and I bunched a wall (brick reinforced, not good!) and threw my shoes at the other wall.
I hurled an empty bottle of vitamin water across the room after Doughty tied game 4. It ricocheted off of a table, jumped up and hit my girlfriend square in the face. She was not pleased.
Nothing...The joy from the last 6 weeks out weigh the the anger of tonight. 2 OT wins to close out Fla. Dominating the Flyers, Carters goal in Game 5 against the Rangers, and one of the Top 3 goals ever scored in franchise history by Henrique. Yea we lost..yea the Refs suck those 6 weeks were magical.
