Not open. I don't think I'd see any open $50 seats even if they were available. Anyway I just left my office (can't use tool from iPad) but I can link a screen shot in a few hours.

Could you do me a favor too? Could you go to the tool and put your mouse on row 17 seat 15 or 16 and then take a screenshot of the section? I still don't have access to the tool and don't understand where exactly I am.

Thanks!

Will do unless someone beats me to it. I was just looking at the section and as i recall, section 208 row 17 seats #s go from 11-24 in row 17 with 24 being next to 209. Assuming the sight lines are similar to 214 you should be slightly behind the King's goal. Good seats for $50.

Thanks, if you could take a screenshot it'd be great. I'm just worried about sky box obstructions, I didn't consider that before.

You're good. Seats 15-16 in 208 row 17 are 4 seats from the obstruction, on the "good" side of it so you won't even notice it as you're closer to center ice. I'd be a little concerned in rows 15-18, seat 11 and I'd be VERY concerned in seat 4 of row 15 and 16.

There is still another group of season ticket holders who have not picked yet--they are the ones that refused their seat assignments and are trying to move into lower priced seats. And there are also people with seasons who want to add seats. The new people are those groups.

Can anyone tell me how the seat numbers run in section 221, row 17? I got seats 19 and 20, I see the wall on the interactive seating chart, but doesn't look like it would block any view of the ice?

Here are the requested screenshots.

Section 208 Row 17 Seat 16

Approximate view from this seat

I angled it so you can see your cup holders.

Section 208 Row 18 Seat 23

view should be about the same but closer to the goal line - might even be in front of it?

Section 221 Row 17 Seat 19

You shouldn't be obstructed but it will be in your peripheral vision based on this view.

17 is closest to the wall and 24 is the aisle but it looks like the row is in front of the wall so you should be fine.

No problem with the screenies. I just can't stop obsessing over this system waiting for the perfect 4-pack to appear.

I moved from 214 row 9 to 213 row 12. Both 2 seats off the same aisle so pretty close to each other. I didn't like moving up towards the cheaper seats but I wanted to clear the stairs and be closer to center. Upgrading 4 together is tough.

A couple of row 3 pairs behind Henrik in the 200s. Opposite side is primarily row 1s.

Another consideration is that MSG usually likes to reserve a certain number of seats for single game sales at the box office. Anybody hear anything about whether or not this will still be the case?

Row 2's seem to be the only seats unavailable. I haven't seen many row 3's either...

I was in 328 last year and those walls in the corners are not depicted correctly on the old virtual viewer. None of the seats look obstructed on the old one but really half the section was obstructed this year. I was moved to 215 against the wall and they told me I shouldn't be obstructed since the wall was being taken down and reconstructed. I relocated since I dont trust them. But I would think they would find a way to make sure these walls are on such an angle that the don't create an obstruction.

You were one of the ones who were put on row 14 at first, right?

I'm pretty sure at this point there's nothing they can do for me, and since I had to release the seats they gave me first -- I'm basically s**t outta luck with tickets for this season. Sad, really. Especially when people in front of me with less tenure got moved with no problem... I feel like for me, it's years thrown down the drain.
