Anyone get their credit for the game 7 that wasn't played? My credit card account is showing a credit of 79.60 which makes no sense. Should be 300 bucks, guess I will call tomorrow, just wanted to see if anyone else had a problem?

got my and its correct remember they already gave you all the 10% discounts so that could be factored in

I remember requesting it be put towards next season, but usually there is something on the account showing the balance of TE and other charges you have as a credit. I don't see that this year -- do you guys know what I'm talking about?

Maybe they are waiting to credit you for next year when you have your new seats locked down? I do remember being able to see your credits on TE last year like you were saying.

Thats probably it. I'll quickly mention it to my rep when we talk about my new seats. I know how much I should have as a credit so that's not an issue.
Still waiting for my refund from game 7 and my ticket exchange balance...and I already paid next season in full so it couldnt have gone towards that. Guess ill call tomorrow.
I spoke to my rep yesterday and asked her about moving seats multiple times and she said that you can move them as many times as you want until the last day of upgrades and once that date passes you are stuck with those seats because they then begin other processes and she believes the last day for upgrades is the 27th or 28th

That can't be right because my friend got season tickets last year and his upgrade date is July 2nd
Must be that following week is the last day for upgrades.
what is your old and new date and what is your tenure?
sorry I totally misread that email. My upgrade day is the same, 6/26. The email from today was for ADDITIONAL seats. I'm scheduled for 6/29 to add seats
