Totally. He got fired for thinking that he's smarter than everyone else. Drafting based on need (Pouliot) and drafting guys WAY too early (Niinimaki, Nash, Plante, etc.).

I'm fine with the Oilers taking a defenceman or a centre, as long as it isn't first.
