Carter's First Goal tonight (NBC fail)

Watching it live, there was no doubt in my mind that Carter tipped that puck in. Perhaps it was my angle (I am on the bench side), and I even commented to my son that was Carter's goal.

Was shocked that they initially gave it to Brown.

Was actually amazed now looking at my DVR of the game that all three game announcers had multiple looks at the goal and still called it Brown's. Pathetic.

At the 1st intermission the commentators (Milbury Jones etc.) finally figured it out.

I just don't get it. These guys are supposed to be pros. I am just a simple fan. Why can't they see the same thing I do?

Anyway, just a comment. I just figure if they are not going to use our guys to call the game that at least they should be competent.

I thought it went off Brodeurs glove and in. I mean Carters stick is in Brodeurs glove to tip it so its tough to see unless you look for it. Add to that, the way the team celebrated, you assumed Brown had scored since they all went to him and he celebrated like he scored, so there was no reason to think otherwise
