Me too. I found this clip on YouTube that has Bob Miller talking about it. Fast forward to 5:50 for specifics about it. When he says they can't do it "Live," I think he's talking about it being televised, not about him recording the play-by-play as it is happening.

I also hope that there is a DVD made available where we can hear Bob Miller and Jim Fox call the Cup clinching game. If anyone hears of an official DVD being sold please let us know!
