A Leaf you would most like to meet.

If there was a contest of some sort, and you get to sit down and chat with a current Leaf of your choice for a few hours, who would that be?

My choice would be a toss up between Quinn and Roberts.

I would probably go with Roberts cause I would love to hear his thoughts on his comeback after that broken neck when he was told he would never play again. The intensity he still has for the game and after everything he has gone through, still manages to represent the Leafs in the last All Star game.

Mats as well as Brian Leetch come immediately to mind for me

Although given his toying with the media, hanging out with AlMo could also be a lot of fun

Depends, if I want to talk hockey, Nieuwendyk.

If I want to talk about their history, Mogilny.

If it's Friday night and I feel like cruisin' & partyin', no doubt, Belfour.

Yeah Almo is pretty quirky with the media with his responses.
Seems like one of those guys that keep you laughing.

"Who wants to receive an award called Lady?"'
Almo's response when asked why he didn't show up to the awards to receive The Lady Byng award.

I would probly pick Domi.
I think he'd be fun to hang out with.
I met Tiger Williams and he is a great guy,i have a feeling that most enforcers are quite down to earth and have terrific personalities.

Pat Quinn, Mats Sundin, Joe Nieuwendyk.

Oddly enough, my top few favourite Leafs aren't on the list.
Stajan would be, but I've met him plenty of times.
Carlo Colaiacovo would also be on, but I suppose he'd fall under St. Johns and not Toronto.

I would love to celebrate my 33rd birthday with Darcy Tucker. It would be his 30th birthday and i think we could probably have a pretty cool celebration.

Right on, where abouts did you meet Stajan?

Does he look bigger than he does on television? I always hear they look bigger in real life.

How is his demeanor? Again the same as you see in Television?

I always find it neat hearing those stories.

How many did you exactly meet and who were they?

Are they pretty accomodating when you ask for their pics?

Do they seem to relish the popularity or do they seem bothered?

You know what? That would be wild!

I can just imagine, after having a few and you're both feeling pretty tanked, you can finally ask him the question all the Leaf fans have been wanting to ask:

"Why did you jump Chris Neil on the bench?"

I have always wanted to meet Tiger. That's one guy I wish could have remained a Leaf forever.

'I was skating down the ice and Owchar took my stick and smashed himself over the head with it'! - Tiger Williams, when asked about the Dennis Owchar incident, which led to criminal charges against the Tiger. :lol

Most of them i've met are through the autograph signings
lemme think....*tracks memories*

Tucker-he was pretty cool guy, but he mostly had his head down most of the time..but when i went with my friend to meet him, he was smiling to everyone so i guess it depends.

Stajan-hes amazing! such a sweetheart

McCabe-hes funny guy , he talks alot with you..but i was so shy i just turned red haha
Poni- very good with ppl also and takes pics with everybody..though his cell rang like every 5 mins

I've met the Baby Leafs when they play roadrunners here last year and also during when they were here 2 weeks ago..was it.

msot of the guys were pretty down to earth about the signings nd/or pics

but then some of the other guys i only got a/g's at from certain events aka after skills competitions nd stuffs at acc....

I kinda kick myself for not asking him how he really felt about the trade.Darryl and Lanny helped him elevate his stature to more than a crowd favorite enforcer.

After a dozen or so pints of liquid courage, I could see us going to Neil's house and jumping him as he goes to retrieve his morning paper!

Who am I kidding? Chris Neil only needed newspaper until he was housebroken.
