I could be wrong but I think Montreals signings can't happen because with the signing of Benn and MDZ wouldn't they have to pay 2 1st Rounders in the same year one to Dallas and one to NYR?

So how would that work just curious

The PM that I received saying that you match the offer was sent at 11:46 AM on June 6th. You had only until 10:00 AM on June 6th to match the offer.

Eastern Time. I live in Ontario.

I see you live in Nevada, which is 3 hours behind me, so you sent the message to me at 8:46 AM on June 6th (your time)?

If so, that means that you were within the allotted time to match the offer.

Any logic to this signing and "Moen" not going with the offer of 2 years/$2.25m per??

On the Blue Jackets, Moen will play top 6 minutes, due to minimal depth. On Vancouver, Moen will probably only play 4th line minutes.

Visnovsky to TB for McKegg, 4th, and 5th

We are sad to deal Visnovsky, but he is getting older, only has one year left on his contract, and we are in a bridge year. We gained some assets and it opens up space to develop some of our young dmen.

I saw the message after I got home from school, at 3:00 PM EST, and it said that the message was sent at 11:46 AM EST. Taking into account that you are 3 hours behind me, that means you sent it before the deadline was up, whether that was this morning or last night, so, technically, Foligno return to Ottawa, as the offer was matched in time. I will post this.

Due to a slight mix-up, RFA Nick Foligno return to Ottawa as the offer was matched in time.

4 years/$1.56m per

I confirm, Nick Foligno is a member of the as of now, and not

ok, thank you for your patience and effort to correct this. maybe you should post when a player decided to sign so teams know how long they have before they cant match the offer

you are right, that would have been a better idea. thank you for suggesting it. after this game is completed, I am planning on starting another game after final exams, and I will make sure to do this for next game FA.

Sorry. Time us up for both. You had only had until about 2:00 PM this afternoon to match the offers.

Nope, would be playing third line minutes. I'd like to see an NHLer who chooses playing 3 more minutes per game over $250K more a year and a chance at a cup.

Same deal with Harding taking a lower contract than the one I offered. I can't say I understand the logic the forward agent has been using, let alone not responding to my offers for Selanne and Prust from what I can tell.

Just make the offersheet period 24 hours. People can easily be gone for a 12 hour period and the time zone conflicts just overcomplicate it.

I'm not the Forward agent, but I know Selane and Prust were resigned, prior to the start of FA

How can the Trade Deadline already pass if Mid Season Standings haven't even been posted yet?
