Dang, I liked MAP. I would love to sign him, but I don't think we can do a 1-way.

I agree. I liked his play and thought he would even get better with time but he still could be back if we sign him quickly. If not, qood luck to him.

Blah! I really liked his play, loved the energy he brought. But I doubt we do a one way deal.

My thoughts as well. Best of luck to him in any case.

There were rumours about a negative locker room presence. No?!

His play was a'ight. Nothing that will be missed terribly.

I really did not hear much.. however i believe the lockeroom in portland was a mess this year as it showed on the ice. leadership was weak and the players seemed like they had no motivation for most of the season .

Still don't know if it was Edwards or the Vets in the room.

MAP, was an enjoyable player to watch, but is not a hard role/spot to fill. I don't see a one way contact coming. I wish him luck!

If we were counting on MAP heading into next year, we're in trouble. Forward depth is an major area of concern, but we can do better especially if MAP would require a OneWay contract.

Didn't they sign Noekelenin to a 1 way before the start of last season then almost immediately trade him after the season started? Could easily have the same thing happen here. Don loves his camp competition.

It wasn't Edwards.... There was one player in that locker room that made life hell for everyone. I can't talk publically about everything that I've been privy too because it was off the record. But, just look at the record of Peoria before and after said player arrived and do the same for Portland. You'll see a trend develop.
