Score more than 1 goal tomorrow and maybe I'll be more positive in the game. I expect the Kings to be super aggressive as well. Our PP hasn't made them pay at all and just confirms their method of attack
Our powerplay has been miserable, but you have to figure we balked on a couple point blank chances where we could have at least potted 2, maybe 3 on the man advantage.

The 5 on 3 set up wasn't great but we could have scored 3 different times there.

Their PK is very good, very aggressive and we can barely set up some times, but it's become impenetrable because we don't know any semblance of execution.

And some reason Petey decided things were ok from game 2 to continue in game 3. Yuck that was ugly. Hopefully they did something today like work on the PP, PK, 5 on 5, shooting, passing, fighting for loose pucks, or any variation.

No matter what happens tomorrow, nothing can change the fact that this post season was the most fun I've had watching the Devils in the longest time. Nothing can change the fact that the 5 playoff games I was able to go to were some of the best and funnest games I've ever attended in the 15 years I've been going to games. I absolutely love this team no matter what.

Lets go Devils. Win tomorrow night. Lets have a little fun and try and make history!

I'll do it right now as I said in the other one, it'll simple but **** it, simple is what we need

New article from TG

They do know how to say all the right things. Let's hope we see it on the ice.

I know 3-0 spells doom & gloom for a lot, but I'm kind of excited for tomorrow's game.

I keep going back in time. HF keeps rewinding back a few hours.
If HF possesses such magic... can it keep going back a few hundred more?

I'm pretty pumped for tomorrow's game. Come out and just take it to them. Put a little doubt in their mind and make them fly back to NJ.

Zach's problem isn't he isn't half the leader that Stevens is, he just isn't half the player Stevens was.
Oh please, I never said Stevens never lost, but the fight was always there and the absolute will to win, regardless of outcome. Parise's a different kind of leader, and I clearly said I wasn't knocking him. And there's no questioning the compete level over the first 3 rounds. But right now, and based on game 3, this team could definitely use some in-your-face motivation. Because it didn't look like it was there on Monday night. Maybe Larry needs to destroy a trash can.

But obviously, considering the results, and particularly the compete level last night, that kind of leader is not there.
Parise gives it his all. His problem is that he doesn't have another level to take his game to in the playoffs, because he's always giving 100%.

This spring has been so much fun, I just don't want it end. At least not yet. I won't know what to do with myself. For 2 months, games just about every other day, reading all the papers, HF, listening to NHL92 on Sirius. The best Spring in 9 years. Maybe some of the younger fans around here don't even remember the last run.

You can't win 4 games in one night. One game at a time.

Word to the wise......

Life should not be measured by the amount of victories we have acheived but by how many times we have overcome adversity......

going just by raw numbers, the odds of comng back from 0-3 (about 3%) are roughly the same as a team's chances to win the stanley cup beginning with opening night

Not really because some teams chances are zero, that would only equate if all teams were equal.

of course, but that's why I said raw numbers
some teams down o-3 also have 0% chance in reality

“You know it’s going to happen again, so why not us? DeBoer asked. “That’s the approach. You’re not going to go 200 years without someone else doing it. It’s been long enough. It might as well be us.”

Yes. Might as well, Petey. Make big things happen.
