Bob Miller Should Drop the 1st Puck Wednesday

This isn't a poll or a question. It simply is what it is. The plain and simple truth.

Nah, Bob Miller should shove it down Emerick's throat and the Kings should be awarded the cup on the spot.

I don't think anyone would see the fans have a greater outpouring of emotion. Not Luc, not Marcel, not even Rob Blake. Well maybe Rob Blake, but not the kind of emotion we are looking for here before Game 4.

At the least Bob should pry the mic from Doc's cold dead hands.

Just wanted to add a little to this to say why I feel so strongly about this.

No owner, no player, no one in management has waited as long, or longed as much for the Kings to win a Stanley Cup as the long time fans have. Bob Miller is one of us. He would be a fitting representative for all of the fans whether they be long time fans or younger fans.

I completely agree. I sent off tweets to the Kings suggesting it. I'd encourage others to do the same.

I think he'll be too busy calling the start of the game , although they have had him mc legends nights and still make it up to the booth (with Jim filling in while he's making his way up there )

Did so as well. This is a man clearly deserving of that honor.

Yes and no. As long as he can get back to the booth in time... He has a game to call... I don't want to hear the first 5 minutes of Fox going "Shot. Save. Shot. Save."
