tanner pearson (going off the board).

kid has the drive that is for sure, passed up 2 times already in the draft and he still finds way to better his game every time.

Kerdiles. Hard for me to pass up on the hard working California kid. Coyle 2.0 (stylistically)?

i don't know anything about usa under 18, but 42 points in 50 games sounds kind of low.

Aberg - great skater, NHL shot and great hands and has top line upside.

I don't know anything about U-18 either.

On second thought, just take the BPA. The player's gonna get traded anyway. Might as well get the best value.

The USNDT played a good number of games against Division one schools. So not bad for an 18 and under kid against a team where everyone is at least one year older

I went with Lindholm. I know we need forward prospects, but this guy looks like he will be a very solid D man if developed properly. I also don't see any forward prospect that pops out and says pick me in that list =/

Lindholm by a mile.

The 3 guys I'd consider at that spot are Lindholm, DiGiuseppe and Slephyshev.

If those are the choices I might trade the pick, but Lindholm otherwise

Out of what is in the poll options I will take Hertl. But I would have picked the other Tom (Wilson) instead if he was an option.

In all seriousness, we need forward prospects. Off this list Herti makes the most sense. Doesn't necessarily have the speed we need, but whatever ... can put the puck in the net.

Good read about Lindholm.

I'm sold. If I could change my vote from Kerdiles to Lindholm I would. He's a lefty, which helps.

Between Kerdiles and Lindholm, I'd pick Kerdiles still. We need that Forward depth and it might help the farm.

We could pick Lindholm, sit on him for a year while he hopefully develops into a stud, and then trade him for a better forward prospect than Kerdiles. I like Kerdiles, but he doesn't have huge offensive upside.
