DeBoers changes worked well today. In hindsight changes should of been made for game 3.

Tallinder did well in his first game for so long.
And I like Salvaldor-Volchenkov pairing despite Sal having a couple of bad plays in the game. They were very physical and we matched the Kings physicality tonight.
No. No. No. I HATE when a guy scores a goal and suddenly has a "great game". He was terrible the entire game, including losing a faceoff CLEAN on the PK leading to the goal.
Happy he scored obviously, but that shouldnt cause people to ignore drop passes to no one and being very weak on the puck all series (and a lot of the playoffs).

As someone who's watch Tallinder his entire career I can say with complete confidence that this was easily the best game of his career tonight. EASILY. Dude was was playing with a purpose and made all of the right decisions.

lol I have to admit that was a NY Post-type question about the Kings 'having trouble closing out series' because they're 3-3 in elimination games. I hope they have trouble closing out this one but losing Game 4 is a blip on the screen.
At least we have three days to make them think about that and stew about another trip back east, and three days for Devil fans to get fired up for Saturday.
