If lockout ended today, would Perezhogin be eligible to play in NHL or the ban is for whole North America, not just AHL? When does the ban end?
the ban is an AHL one . The NHL could decide that they maintain the ban but they can also decide that he could play in the nhl already.Gainey would have to meet them about that, and probably the nhl wouldn't be as severe as the ahl.
on another side , the court also have to statute about the incident and the ''criminal '' side of it ;Once again , i don't know how they could judge the incident as a criminal one considering that the player was back to Perez , so he didn't know that this one wasn't on his skates but on the ice .But we never know because , and it's sad to say that ,but the guy is a ''russian'' player , not a homer
