Julien and Paille/Campbell injury

Claude and his stubbornness. Fact is the series could be 2-1 or 3-0 Chicago if Paille doesn't save our bacon and get this team 3 huge goals. Kelly game tying goal G3 was all him. OT goal. GWG last night at a time in the game we really needed to score.

The 3rd line has been an embarrassment for months. Anytime Paille got shifts with it it improved but he was always right back with Thornton and Campbell next game.

This year Paille happens to be having a career year like Kelly did in 2011 or 2012. I know the guy has stone hands but guys who play 10+ years as NHLers (Paille will) usually do have a couple prolific seasons somewhere in there even if they are not known as goal scorers. It was just Paille's year this year and his contributions in the finals shouldn't be surprising.

However it was NEVER an option to our coach to give him a bigger role. Never, because he got some shifts up on the third and was always demoted for no reason. If Campbell doesn't get injured against Pittburgh the third line still blows. Peverley and Daugavins are sure as hell on it last night. Paille gets no chance to win us 2 SCF games.

Is anyone else ticked off that it took a Campbell injury for Danny Paille to get a chance to save the third line? I am. And I will also be pissed if the headless chicken Daugavins is allowed to suit up tomorrow after the 3 worst games I have ever seen anyone play.

Meh, I'd be more upset if we weren't 10-2 in our last 12...

Are you kidding me? This team is two wins from the Stanley Cup and you are complaining about the coach? What is wrong with you?

Enough with this ridiculous garbage. There is a time and place for complaining about the coach of the Bruins and this isn't close to being it.

The Bruins are leading the Stanley Cup Final 2 games to 1. If not for a post in OT and the goalie falling down, they could be undefeated since coming back against Toronto.

And you're complaining about Claude Julien?

I think you're the only person angry at Claude Julien at this point.

well, I think we have seen Claude using Paille on every line before in the past, so this is not a completely new thing

and I agree that we should definitely see Soderberg in next game over Daugavins, that seems to be a no brainer

I guess this complaining about the coach is simply never going to end

The day Claude leaves, I wonder how long before the 1st ( we should have never let him go )

They lost Hossa. That is like if we had lost Chara in warmups

Last nights win is great but the series isn't over. Last nights game was basically a gift, Chicago lost their best forward and were on the road. Still Claude had 2 players with no business on the ice take penalties in the first period.

This won't be an easy team to shut the door on. Detroit couldn't do it up 3-1. No Hossa definitely helps though.

I can no longer support "Clode sucks" threads. I'm not as bad as many here but still I'm tired of eating crow. I've learned my lesson.

So you wanted to dismantle the Merlot line when it was carrying us in many instances throughout the Toronto and NYR series? Clode promoted Paille at the right time, and it didn't hurt the Merlot line because Campbell leaving already broke it up.

Can we at least wait until this series is over to bash Clode holy ****.

You can't possibly be serious right now........

Claude Julien has made MANY adjustments throughout these playoffs, and the one you are complaining about is one that he made late according to you?!

Let me guess, Julien made a mistake by being stubborn and keeping Lucic, Krejci, and Horton together despite their regular season struggles?

Right, right, right???????

No, the fact is this series is actually 2-1 Boston and it could very easily have been 3-0 if not for a bad bounce off a skate in G1.

You must have serious vision problems if you think that Chicago had any chance of winning that game last night.

I think OP has serious vision problems because they can't figure out if this series is 2-1 or not.
