Watch Party - Hooters in Burbank for Game 2

A bunch of my buddies and I are going to Hooters in Burbank (we're coming from Lancaster...approx 65 miles away) tomorrow to watch our Kings in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals. Game starts @ 5pm so be sure to get there early to get seats.

I've tweeted to several people of the Kings organization along with people who are Kings fans w/ big followings to get the word out there. It's taken off pretty good on twitter.

Lets get as many people as we can to go and cheer on our Kings as they beat the Devils!

GO KINGS GO!!!!

Hooters exist because the kind of guy who goes to strip clubs and falls in love with the strippers needs to eat.

You should just get a box of frozen wings and punch yourself in the family jewels. You'll save money, eat better, and enjoy it more.

You ever watch a game there? It's a great atmosphere and their food is good. Just trying to get a bunch of us Kings fans together to have a good time, watch the game, and cheer for the Kings. What's bad about that? Get over yourself. That is all.

GO KINGS GO!

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Hope Calicash grabs more fans from the high desert and has a great time at Hooters.

I'm in OC, otherwise I would consider meeting you fans up in Burbank.

And the food is good there - why does no one believe me on that?

Enjoy!

The purpose of the watch party is to get a bunch of Kings fans together to watch the game. No harm in that. It should be a blast. Look forward to seeing you all there!

GO KINGS GO!!!

Make sure to sexually harass the talent there. I'm sure that goes without saying..

Not sure why all the hate on trying to get Kings fans together to watch a game. Whether it be at another bar or Buffalo Wild Wings, the point is to watch the game with a big crowd of Kings fans. But everyone is entitled to their opinion. Lets just leave the comments to yourself. Thanks.

Sense of humor, I'm not sure if they sell that at Hooters or not but might as well ask?

Can you explain why Burbank exists?

If you get to Hometown Buffet at the right time, all the food is recycled by the little kids in line ahead of you. It makes you feel good on the inside to be part of the solution.

Remember the old Sizzler Taco bars? I saw a 8-9 year old reach in with his hand, grab a handful of something and put it in his mouth. He didn't like it, it was too spicy or something so he opened his mouth, let the food fall into his hand, and put it back into the taco bar.

At that age, they don't likely have VD so I didn't see a problem...

Me as well. Ironically I can't say much as I'm going to the West Covina Hooters for game 3 but I'll eat at the in n out next door first, lol. That one is also a Kings stronghold.

Don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings for a Kings game. The OKC and Spurs game will cover most of the TVs. Those wings are SO damn good though. Last time I went there for a playoff game there was one other person in a jersey. Friggin' lame.

Not sure what's up with the tone in this thread. Hooters in Burbank sounds good to me. We'll be there.
