i said earlier in the playoffs that no matter what i didn't think we would be eliminated on home ice. i have no reason to change that opinion now.

I remember when Sherry had to call play-by-play since Matt had to do on-air stuff with the Maven.
Didn't she have Rob Skrlac(I think that's who it was) as her color man?

I think she is excellent professional. But beyond that her analysis is almost always spot on...
I think that's why so many people don't like her though. She'll call the Devils defense weak or talk about the poor center depth (past). That may upset devil fans but it's spot on.

Still can't get over your username, Jim.
I mean if it weren't for your well-known Avatar pic, I bet none here would've recognized you.

When it was Mike Miller and Sherry, I really enjoyed listening to the broadcast.
In the early to mid 90's when I was in school in Boston I could get 770 from my room if I placed the radio in just the right spot...was always great to hear them.

I've always liked Sherry, but I really miss Randy Velischek on the radio broadcasts.

His English wasn't always that great...it was kind of funny.
If he got excited it sounded like he was speaking French.

yeah, that's true, it made for some entertaining commentary. His insight into the game was great though, he was very thorough in explaining the players decision-making, for better or worse.

Shaved the playoff beard after Game 1 vs Rangers. It worked.
Shaving beard #2 down to a mustache before game time. LGD! Power of the 'Stache!

They're going to keep talking about it until there is some resolution to it. At least it should only be a few more weeks.

True, it's just annoying, especially when they say the Kings would be one of the front runners for him.
Please win tonight Devils. I'm not ready for the season to be over.

I'm extremely freaking nervous right now. Hopefully the devils come out flying and can give us a win at home.
One game at a time.
