Well, umm... Hard to answer 'cos TZM is just a movement to wake awareness of our world's going. Anyway, I am behind the "ideology" that we should base our living on science and recource based economy, not politics.

If you were referring to the conspiracy theories; they aren't valid, just angry speculation and "what if"s.

Let's move this discussion to General OT thread if you want to inquire more.

I could probably live with that one, but TSK doesnt strike me as a good 4th liner for some reason.

TSK absolutely is a 4th line energy guy. Goes into the corners hard, often times out of control...

Backup goalie and 3rd line RW.

Soliiiiiiid. In one job I hardly ever have to work and still get counted on and get paid a lot, and in the other I get to just go around and hit people and try to pump up my teammates.

EDIT: Or wait, with NHL and the doctor, I could see us being a third skill line. Have NHL go up the middle and confuse everyone with thoughts of "why is a girl playing?" and then Doc surgically dismantles their defense and sets me up to bury one, unless I pull a Mittens and completely miss. Which could definitely happen. No promises

Heck yes.

As for next year, I've got this up until the trade deadline:

Heatley - Koivu - Granlund
Lats/PMB* - Cullen - Setoguchi
Johnson - Brodziak - Clutterbuck
Palmieri/Peters** - Powe - Vielleux/Kassian

*I'd guess that when one is in the lineup, the other is injured. IMO, if we retain both, it would be rare that both are healthy at once I would guess that if we do not bring back Lats and PMB is not ready to come back, then Zucker goes into that slot. Which would be awesome. Or, we could fantasize about Parise but I doubt it.

**If Palmieri can stick it, that is. I personally hope he does, but I don't really see it happening, sadly.

Also, in order of call ups: Zucker, Palmieri, Larsson, Coyle, Bulmer, Phillips. They also make a top six down in Houston that demolishes the league.

Zucker - Phillips - Coyle
Palmieri - Larsson - Bulmer

Alright, going on to defense:

Gilbert - Scandella* as an obvious top pairing. I personally really like Gilbert's game.
Spurgeon - ______**
Kampfer - Stoner***

*Obvious top pairing. I personally really like Gilbert's game, and Scandella was really growing toward the end of the season. Hopefully next season can finally be his breakthrough, I'm rooting for him.

**, hopefully Suter * *, but who knows. If not, I don't know. Perhaps Brodin, but I don't want to count on that. I would love to slot him in, though.

***brings out another pairing that could be solid if they learn to work off of eachother. In Kampfer's limited games last season(where I was able to watch and analyze him a bit, at least), he seemed solid enough in his own end where he isn't a liability, and Stoner is all around solid and reliable.

Now, I did say that these lineups are up until the trade deadline. That's because, at that point, I would guess we're either at the point of either not making the playoffs or gunning for a good run. If it's not making the playoffs, then I assume that Fletch is done(sadly), and is ordered to gut the team a bit. If the playoffs are in hand, then I imagine that he sells off a few futures to get a better run. Also, at that point, Granlund could possibly be ready to shore up the second line center.

Heatley - Koivu - Seto
Lats/PMB - Granlund - ______*
Clutterbuck - Brodziak - Cullen
Powe - Larsson - Johnson/Viellieux/Kassian

*We'd potentially acquire a second line winger that could work off of Granlund, hopefully a Finn(*Hopes for Fillpula when Detroit finally crashes and burns and sells for the future, in which case he replaces Seto and Gooch moves down *) to help run with MiG.

Defense is improved a bit as well at the deadline(or cut down, I guess), with a new Top-4 guy to either move Spurgeon down and work with Brodin/Suter, or to bump down whoever we have working with Spurgeon, who would probably be some borderline 5/6 guy like Falk or something.

Any way one looks at it, next season should really bring changes to this team. Either make us a playoff team or time to carry over what happened at the end of last season and crash and burn by November, in which case we go the Edmonton route and go after Mackinnon/Jones/Barkov. Hell, maybe sell off the entire crew, including Koivu, to get the top 2 or 3 picks and take all of them

But really, imagine this. Jesus, I feel like I'm an Eddy fan:

Phillips - Mackinnon - Coyle
Lucia - Granlund - Barkov
Zucker - Larsson - Bulmer

Brodin - Jones
Trouba - McCabe

Bah. Gawd. Well, I know what I'm doing when NHL 13 comes out

Like I say every year, we should be able to do better at 2C than Cullen.

And I dont think Palmieri would make a good 4th liner. He strikes me as top 6 or bust.

2nd pair defenseman and back-up goalie. About what I'd want to be IRL.

I guess that means you don't find me offensive; my mother would be proud of my manners.

I think Granlund just needs to start the year at center. None of this start him at wing, move him to center business. Get him in the right mindset off the bat. Actually use training camp and preseason to get him thinking about faceoffs and his defensive game. Who cares if he sucks at in it in the beginning. By 10 games in, we'll know whether he needs to be moved to wing, or possibly to the AHL. Other teams seem to have luck tossing guys in at center. I think it confuses guys more than helps them by having them play out of position.

Then, like tyratoku suggested, I'd like Coyle, Phillips, Zucker, Larrson, and Bulmer to star the year in Houston. Trickle them in as injuries happen.

I like the mentally of throwing him in there at Center, but I also look at Boston and look at the success Seguin has had/will have because they took him slow on the Wing. That's what I want to happen with MiG.

I think the Wild have some pretty well developed prospects. Bulmer, Zucker, and especially Larsson haven't been rushed. They will all be 20 at the start of next season.

I for one wouldn't hesitate to start them as 4th liners. Our 4th line has been garbage forever. Look at how important 4th lines have been in these playoffs, especially LA. Why just throw out the Ortmeyers, Peters, and other scrubs and let them get dominated for 6 minutes a game? Bring on hungry young guys with energy and skill and see what happens.

Larsson, Zucker, and Bulmer would still benefit from high level of competition; they have all shown offensive proficiency at lower levels. We might actually get lower line production with guys like that.

Sitting guys in the pressbox = bad.

Giving them a role, 4th line, maybe some pk, not so bad when they are already pretty well-developed. When injuries come up, our subs are NHL ready.

Then, when Butch and Cullen are gone next season, they move up the ladder.

So far Granlund has started as a winger with HIFK and men's national team, and I think it'll happen with the Wild too. The pre-season games should be a very good indication, though.

Somewhat related to the subject, RNH's face-off percentage was 37.5 this season. But he played for Edmonton, so that doesn't count.

If Lats is re-signed, I do indeed Granlund starting on the wing, but on the 2nd line. We must re-unite the Heatley - Koivu - Latandresse line.

Just "discovered" this thread. Hilarious.

Everyone should make a HFBoards line-up.

So far I'm... "Forgotten," a healthy scratch D-man, and 2nd line LW. Pretty inconsistent. Gotta step my game up.
