Also, I no longer believe in the Hockey God. I am now a hockey atheist. No hockey god I want anything to do with would allow the officiating travesties of this season and post-season happen.
Further, it is my belief that the Unseen Hand has been severed at the wrist and is locked away in Gary Bettman's safety deposit box.
My GF dorm'd one year in New York, in fashion school. She was a business major, not some stupid degree, but I digress. Her 'neighbor' across the hall was a stereotypical 'fashion' major. She took a picture of a previously unconfirmed celeb couple holding hands in NYC, and it got posted to TMZ and gave her credit. She freaked out. There was yelling, screaming, foot stomping, and I thought someone was dead. The worst part? Then entire floor just went "Oh, that's just so-and-so".

I'm really going to miss this particular Devils team.
I just feel like I got to know this group a lot better than previous years.
It was a fantastic season because you really saw that evolution from a team with no real identity to the contender they became. And the great mood in the locker and the interviews about how much they like each other.
I hope Lou can bring back the majority of the team next year (and majority doesn't equal 51% here)

I'm not going to acknowledge this Cup. I didn't watch the presentation and I never will for as long as I walk this Earth.
Congrats to true Kings fans out there. You guys just root for your team so I cant be pissed at you for that. But with that said, I really don't have much respect for your team. All the diving antics really take away from what is a highly skilled team that can play the game very well. Brown taking runs at Sykora? Really? Late in an out of reach game? The man is a *****, I'm sorry. It really spoils it for me to lose to a team like that. We can say Scuderi took one for his team, but he knew exactly what the **** he was doing on that play, and if you don't think he did, you're not giving him enough credit. It honestly makes my stomach turn how he turned into that hit.
I have no probem tipping my cap to the winner, but when you look at the Clarkson penalty in game 4, the no whistle on the back breaking goal in game 3 and then tonight......I can't sit here and feel like we got the benefit of the doubt during the real critical moments. Kovy getting absolutely ***** on the 3rd kings goal will be burned into my brain for a loooooooooooong time.

We were never given a fair shot in this game. It was an absolute ****ing circus out there and it's heart breaking.

I just want to know why Devils fans are more pissed at the refs than their team sucking on the PP/PK, losing the first two games at home and not closing out 2 OT games? This whole blame the refs shtick is getting really old...
