Watching the trailer it felt like a kid's version of Braveheart meets Robin Hood. Could be good - just hope it's better than Cars.

It's got Billy Connolly in it, it's got to be awesome.

That is was truly a kids movie.

The other Pixar movies all had that 2nd level of humor for the adults. That was the genius of them, 2 movies in one and something for all ages. Well, UP maybe didn't have a 2nd level, but rather a mid-level and not always so bright and cheery storyline that a times I thought was a little too dark for kids.

But anyways Cars was too much just a kids movie for me. So bad that I won't watch Cars 2.

Cars 2 was just a flimsy pretext to bring back the same characters anyway.

Also, the premise is totally insane. If you stop and think for a minute about the implications of a world populated entirely by cars, it gets horrifying pretty quickly.

Not nearly as horrifying as thinking of Toy Story as a literal work.

Lol. Some movies (especially kids movies), you just aren't supposed to deeply think about.

Just started watching it a couple of weeks ago myself. A few friends have been telling me to watch it for a year or two but I never got around to it until recently. Just finished Season 1 the other day and it is awesome. Loved it from the first episode. Another classic example of me hating myself for not starting to watch a show sooner.

Masterchef is a sick show, but they make too much of a big deal about the blind chick now. Gotta space out your heartfelt moments or it loses effect. Loved how her team put her on plating food in a challenge wtf?

Used to watch both myself. Still liking Master Chef but I officially gave up on Hell's Kitchen 2 episodes into this season. That's after I knew a few seasons ago that I wasn't enjoying the show as much. For me personally the formula got old of then picking 3/4 of the group that can barely boil a pot of water (therefor making the top 4 predictable), to just realizing that every show of every season is like groundhogs day. Both teams cook terribly, Gordon tells a lot, some rediculous punishment is given out while the other team leaves in limos, someone goes home..... Rinse and repeat. I'm a big Gordon Ramsey fan but his flipping out is a big part of what got old to me.

Gordon Ramsey made an ass out of himself in one of his Kitchen Nightmares episodes, but I like the show a lot.

Maine lobster sandwich - goes into pantry and sees the lobster - THESE ARE CANADIAN LOBSTER OMG OMG OMG - it's the same fishery + there's no way you can tell the difference (he just looked at the invoices probably) and NS/NB lobster is world famous and he even uses them in his restaurant and it's called a Maine lobster sandwich because of the style of sandwich, not where the lobster is from. Like an English muffin. Don't go around moaning about them not being baked in England and shipped here.

blind chef? how does she know what she's grabbing? how hot is the heat? is that cilantro or parsley?

I cannot fathom the obstacles to doing that let alone chopping things up. Scary.

Does her presentation suck not being able to see the products? You know the saying - you eat with your eyes before your mouth.

I only saw the opening with her yesterday and she does a lot of feeling around, but she looked like she was chopping things pretty well. I'm sure others could go more in depth as I haven't seen more than one episode.

She has an auto-immune disease that made her go blind over the last 10 years or something along those lines..it's really sad.

She has a kitchen helper that can't do any of the cooking but she gets ingredients when asked and she gives visual aide.

And half the time he scolds them for not tasting it to make sure it's seasoned properly. Chopped taught me one thing though - do not use your finger to taste it then keep on cooking, and never use a spoon to taste it then keep stirring with it. They don't like that.

Not that they cook anything from scratch but you really wouldn't mind if the cook from Applebee's licked a spoon from something that was cooking for you and then put it back in the pot?!?

Rob Zombie is making a movie about the 1974 Philadelphia Flyers team (Broad Street Bullies) who played the world renown Soviet team.

I had never heard this story myself.

Started watching Mad Men last night. Only watched season 1 episode 1 but I really liked it. Looking forward to watching that a lot this summer. Thank you Netflix.
