lol @ Shark announcers still grasping for hope in this one. Using game 3 last year against Los Angeles for inspiration.

San Jose's attempt at doing anything to send a message has been just as big of a failure as the rest of their game.

Happy with everything but the Boston game. All made for some great hockey, even w/o OT.

Haha... Shaw suspended 3 games? Pure insanity. The league has no idea what it's doing. Good for Smith though using the acting lessons imparted by Turco.

This would all make a lot more sense if Weber got suspended for his initial transgression. That set the tone though, and Shanahan's done nothing but go against it since. Perplexing.

If Shaw gets 3 games for that.....what should Asham and Neal get? It seems like there is no structure with these disciplinary actions....the system is broken.

Shaw definitely should've been suspended, but not for 3 games.

Shanahan is so inconsistent...

Hagelin gets 3 games for injuring someone, Shaw gets 3 games for not injuring someone. I love consistency.

I am slowly losing faith in the NHL management to police the players. It is insanely disgusting.

e: slowly? I should say I am absolutely disgusted by the NHL.
