However anytime between when you made the offer and before I make the announcement(could be anytime really), you could pm the agent and retract your offer. Since you didn't retract you're offer by the time I agreed and posted the signings then yeah too late.
If we didn't do it this way, it would totally kill the value of our clients as the agent would lose all leverage and other teams could see what's happening and retract all they're offers and make a much lower one, so yeah it's not like trades where the team has to confirm.
I mean if dong or anyone can come up with a happy medium then we can look at it, because I do understand that gms make offers for a lot of people and whoever accept they would go for that. Thing is then, you can't make prioritize signings. If a team needs one dman, and their preference is Suter, they won't only make offers to Suter, they need backup plans. Odds are there backup plan signs before Suter, so in this game do they only make an offer to Suter until he accepts/declines?
Hey at least they weren't very pricey ones, but yeah if a player signs with you're team and you no longer want to offer for that position, just make a post like I suggested and like BruinsNeedaRussian posted, just state what position and that you are retracting all you're offers.

Seriously? I offered him 6 years @ 3.2 million, NTC Clause....Thats 19.2 million. Yes Jets offered him more money per year and if that was a 6 year term, he would be getting mroe money in total with the Jets. However, in this case he gets a bigger contract, more total money (comparing this situation) and a chance at the cup....
