Figure I might as well post these here rather than create a thread, but I've been working on my wallpaper skills and figured I'd share my Oilers stuff with you guys.

Beauty! Eberle is my favorite player, and I need new wall paper!

Good stuff.

Would it be possible to make another one like the second one, but with Hall and Petry on the left side?

NO respect for the vets

I'm kidding, won't be hard to do.

Edit - Ok maybe finding a good image of Petry is hard to do...

A little undersized but it'll have to do. The other Petry shots I've found have all been smaller or else they're poor poses/the old ugly PJ jersey. Thanks!

Anyone know/can recommend the best place to get your bicycle tuned up and fixed?

Belvedere cycle on the North End (137 Ave and about 132 Street) did a good job for me.

That's all I got

for those curious how this site looked after the first major crash--I actually found my original log in name from looking around there--tried to log in but I don't think it survived the second reboot in 02

after the second reboot things looked like this

Well that's pretty much summer time in Alberta when it gets to north of 30. I'm just shocked we haven't seen more of these storms.

Words can not express how much I prefer -30 to +30. At least I can bundle to get away from it. Three fans, a bucket of ice, no clothes and cold showers arent doing much damage

Agreed.

I've always liked super cold weather to super hot weather.
The other positive is bugs. Although the lack of mosquitoes this year is nice.

Anybody on the southside able to sleep through that storm?

Wow. Whole yard, street, sidewalks were covered solid with hail. Just nuts. Torrential rain and hail here in Millwoods. Plants killed, no property damage I've spotted yet. Sounded like giants were dancing on the roof last night.

Well it is Millwoods.
You're lucky that was only rain and hail. And not molotovs and bullets.

It was hard to sleep downtown. I woke up at 4 am and thought I was having some sort of siege of Baghdad nightmare. Made me want a thunder buddy.
