Not only that, but he has even less mileage on his arm from college when he was football training instead of playing in out of season leagues like other players opt to do.

I think he looks a little worn out recently from the SP workload.

A trip to the DL may be good for him.

I wouldn't be against it. Just let him relax and get his legs back under him.

DL him a few days before the ASB, that way if you do it right, he could get ~15 days of rest, but only miss maybe 2 starts.

AHL realigned for the second time in two offseasons, and spoiler alert.... I'm going to guess one division's worth of teams is going to be a tad bit peeved.

Want to guess which one?

Everything I have heard sounds like it's the exact opposite, that Gar is just a puppet for Pax.

The White Sox take infield practice after BP before the first game of every series, one of the changes made by new manager Robin Ventura this year. On Thursday, however, Chicago took a unique approach to the drills -- they didn't use a ball. The players mimed catching the ball and whipping it around the infield, even turning double plays. Several players left the field with a smile. ...
Little odd, but the team is definitely 'happier' together than it had ever been the last 3-4 years of Ozzie.

Though the Midwest is pretty awesome, finally. Having Charlotte last year instead of Grand Rapids made zero sense.

So proud to be an Italian right now. Super Mario is a cold-blooded beast. The game was absolutely epic since Germany was defeated in Poland. Isn't that delightful?
