Who do you want your team to draft in the 1st round?

Sorry if a thread like this has been posted before, but I didn't see one the last couple pages.

Everyone here has a favorite team, everyone knows where they'll be drafting, and what kind of prospects are set to be available. Rangers and Devils fans, you're not gonna be getting Yakupov. So tell us what team you're a fan of, and what guy you're hoping your team leaves the first round with.

If you have a username that readily identifies what team you're a fan of (someone named Habs4Lyfe is certainly a Canadiens fan) or an avatar that makes it easy to identify your favorite team, you can simply post the player. But I really don't want to see people here with usernames like "HatTrickLover" and no avatars simply post "I want Ceci" and leave everyone reading the thread scratching their heads wondering what team they want Ceci to go on. When in doubt, take the extra second and write "I want my Flames to draft Ceci".

Be realistic with your pick, but there will definitely be leeway seeing as no expert has every properly predicted the draft. If you wanna write a few sentences about why you think the prospect will be a perfect fit on your team, all the better. I'm simply interested in seeing who the coveted players are at stages of the first round.

For my Islanders, I want Ryan Murray. He's ready to step into a top-4 role as early as next season, and can be the defensive backbone of this team for the next 15 years.

Galchenyuk, but I feel that he will end up in Columbus at #2.

In terms of who I think will realistically be available at #28 for the Rangers:

Dalton Thrower
Henrik Samuelsson
Brian Hart
Andrei Vasilevski

..in that order.

Habs fan: Grigorenko would be my personal favorite pick, although I would be almost as happy with Galchenyuk. Both are potential number one centremen, something the Habs have been lacking since for-****ing-ever.

1) Galchenyuk - Lot of skill, speed, and a needed center.
2) Grigorenko - Again has size, skill, and a potential #1 center down the road.
3) Forsberg - Has the size, one of the younger guys in the draft and thus lot of room to still develop. Still have plenty of faith in good Swedes.
4) Rielly - I like the offensive skill and speed he brings. Don't need someone to step in right away on the blueline, so fine with someone with a lot of potential.

Anaheim

Galchenyuk
Grigorenko
Forsberg
Trouba
Murray (I like him but I prefer upside with guys like Fowler, Vatanen, Sbisa, and Beauchemin in the system. Murray's best asset is he's guaranteed to be a top 4 dman.)
Dumba
Maatta
Teravainen

In that order

Second round...depending on who is available

Kerdiles
Samuelsson
Thrower
Sissons
Frk
Jankowski
Severson
Bozon

Hertl would be my first choice, then I'm ok with any of the remaining three.
