I don't find him that funny. Galchenyuk is the funny one.

Since we can assume Lehner won't be included, what is the deal looking like?

Zibanejad
Foligno
1st
2 more pieces?

Seems kind of ridiculous.

Murray's fingers seem itchy this draft, I hope it turns out well.

Murray doesn't want Nash, he's only feigning interest. He "wants" Nash as bad as he "wanted" Kadri.

Murray you absolute stud!

So now Burke is gonna trade Kessel, Kadri, Schenn, 1st pick and Gardiner for Nash.

Murray said he didn't know who Bobby Ryan was. I think he is trying to be deceptive. Looks like he is in on Ryan. What GM wouldn't know who bobby ryan is?

So for if a GM did go senile and traded away his star players for a seventh round pick without telling the owner/management team I wonder if there would be any way to veto it.

the owner and/or president probably have to agree to the trade first.

So, Philadelphia and New York were front runners for Nash but now Maloney has Yandle on the market drawing heavy interest (and possibly assets) from Philly. Maloney and Murray are very chummy so I wonder if its a bit of a diversion?

Hopefully today isn't just a huge bust league wide. The media has hyped up all these trades and wackiness, so I won't be happy if nothing goes down!

Surprised noone mentioned that the "smokescreen" was further created by #Sens twitting out an article stating that Ottawa was ready to stay the course of the rebuild.

Yeah that's right Columbus they didn't want Nash anyways, pfft.

I agree with you, I also think if Yakupov isn't picked first by Edmonton he could fall to 4th or lower. Rumour has it that Columbus doesn't want to pick another Russian & Montreal could take Galchenyuck. Edmonton could take Rienhart who plays for the Oilkings owned by Edmonton ownership or Ryan Murray.

If Ceci, Trouba, Lindholm & Maatta are all gone he might be the best defenceman left, since a lot of people think if it wasn't for his shoulder injury, he could have been a top 10 selection.

Any thoughts on Matt Finn if all the usual suspect D all go before 15 ? I've seen him go 16 in several mocks including TSN's so he is within range. Never seen did see Guelph this year.
