so i guess this confirms that he did in fact have a concussion

Allen Panzeri ‏@allenpanzeri2
#mika Zibanejad says he'll play in Bingo next year if he doesnt make #sens. Doesnt have a contract in #Sweden.

also Joy Lindsay grouped all our prospects at the dev camp into one massive twitter list...invaluable stuff here.

Love Ceci's first blog on the official Sens site. And now I feel old, seeing a pic of him as a little kid beside Mike Fisher...

In the video Citizen's Extra posted he still looks like a thin guy, so I'm guessing the weight is wrong or it as all muscle. I'm going to go with the error route since putting on 20lbs of muscle is probably a lot to expect, but either way from the video they posted I didn't see a huge beer gut so need to panic haha.

Depends on his bone structure and frame. 6'7 and 215 seems dangerously slender to me; 6'4 and 240 is big, but if he has a large frame and decent muscle mass, it's not unreasonable.

20 pounds of muscle is next to impossible in that short amount of time.

He got mass, not all muscle. He does look lean though, so I wouldn't be too worried.

I just hope this doesn't affect his mobility too much. It usually takes a while before your body can adapt to added mass/muscle.

This. It would take in excess of a year to gain 20 pounds of muscle.

From the tweet Ian Mendes just posted it sounds like Lehner is saying all the right things again at least.

> Realizes the Sens think of him as an asset so whatever they decide is meant to develop him, not hurt him.
> He's been shooting himself in the foot and that has caused him to take a few steps back, but wants to go forwards
> Doesn't think he'll be dealt for Nash, and likes it in the Ottawa organization

Unfortunately he doesn't address his drastic change in weight.

I am 6'4 250lbs.

I am not inshape and I look soft. Not fat.
If he has a low body fat % then that sounds about right.

I was super skinny at 200 lbs.

I need to get my ass in shape.

If you go from 220-240 and your body fat levels stay the same or even improve somewhat, there would still be a significant fat gain out of that 20.

Lehner certainly doesn't look fat, he must have added a lot of muscle mass

I'm 6'3", and when I was in university and cycling 40km/day, I was 215lbs and that, for me was SKINNY. Not at all ripped/muscled like NHLers these days.

I can see how, if you have a big frame (like me), 240 and not looking fat is very, very possible. He probably could drop down to 230 though, and not miss a beat.

Pretty sure that is Hoffman at the start with the giant hair, these young players sure do hate hair cuts.

I remember seing him last summer. The guys is huge with tree trunks for legs. I doubt that he's become fat, although I suspect he still has his baby fat.

If you've ever met or seen Lehner in person, its not hard to believe his weight. The guy has an absolutely massive frame and extremely broad shoulders.

Here's the full quote. Really like his maturity, sounds like a new man.

"It's a marathon, not a sprint. They're doing what they think is best for me," explained Lehner. "They're not trying to go against me. They are trying to develop me as good as they want. I'm an asset to them and they want me to do as good as possible. You have to trust them -- they have lots of hockey experience in this organization. I'm 20 going on 21 and I don't know that much. I'm just eager to play and eager to show myself. I've been shooting myself in the foot sometimes and taking a couple of steps back. Now I'm trying to go forward here."

Lunqvist to Lehner: If you want to play like me, you have to have cool hair like me.
