Max Görtz was a player that stood out to me this year while watching another player on Färjestad's J20 team. He's in his second year through the draft but took huge strides this season in learning how to leverage his skills to their utmost. He's an extremely balanced offensive player who loves to post up on the half-wall and retain control until a passing or shooting lane opens up. Extremely creative with the puck- a very good set of hands for such a big player (6'2 196 lbs). Skating (acceleration) needs improvement as he's a bit heavy-footed, but he's a good straight-line skater thanks to his long legs. The Preds have a potential steal on their hands, and by my books have had the best draft of almost any team.
