Rangers Charity Hockey Clinic on SI

I didn't see this anywhere, sorry if its buried in one of the other general threads, but it looks pretty awesome, and of course for a great cause. I am beyond mad I booked a trip to Texas this weekend with all these guys pretty much in my backyard.

Hopefully some of you can make it.

Wonder if any players have donated anything out of their pockets.

Simply going out and playing hockey just so other people give up their money doesn't register as a nice gesture to me.

for some people, getting a chance to play hockey with some of their favorite players is a welcomed distraction.

im sure there is money coming in from somewhere to help the victims

My son plays youth hockey in NJ and we know some of the people involved in pulling this off.
The clinic part was a Youth hockey clinic and has no more remaining spots.

They are also selling "meet and Greet" tickets though at the door for $25 I have been told.

I don't know how they plan on oraganizing that and if that $25 gets you everyone's autograph or just one player, but regardless it's for a very good cause.
