Well I guess I know what I'm doing tomorrow morning...

Team A on the ice at 8:05 tomorrow, Team B @ 11:15. Anyone care to go until lunch and then hit up the Holy Grail?

For sure. Oleksiak isn't towering over everyone, he barely stands out tbh.

Team A is loaded, except at goalie. Only Rollheiser and Robinson are here.

I wish I could go tomorrow morning too, but it was hard enough convincing my parents to let me go tonight.

Oh btw, I'll post more later tonight, but Nemeth has been the best defender out there. Vance has looked great, so has Dillon.

Austin Smith has wow'd me every time he does something, but I think he's the oldest here at 22.

Too long to do it now.

God, B is thin. Bystrom, Sinitsyn, Shore, and Smith are the only guys I'll actually watch.

Shore, G. Smith, Winther, Troock, and McKenzie for forwards.

Lindell, Bystrom and Sinitsyn on D.

Kiviaho in net.

B is looking pretty bad right now. I'm not very impressed outside of Bystrom and Sinitsyn.

So far they've only done puck drills.

Sinitsyn has looke great, smooth soft hands but gets frustrated easily.

Troock is huge, decent hands, but pretty average.

Just a small sample, but I thought Nemeth was better and looked more NHL ready than Dillon.

I'll have a lot more to post tonight, going to get some dinner. Had a blast, though, especially when Shore (I think) shattered the glass.

someone broke the glass on a snapper in group b... i think it was hohman, or shore (not completely sure)...

i'm betting bystrom's a good skiier... he rocked the skating with feet together drill...

chiasson was kinda weird in the puckhandling drills... looked really smooth, but so much so that it almost seemed like lollygagging... like he was playing at half-speed... made me wonder if he was injured at all...

... and remember... these are just on-ice drills...

Brandon Worley said he, "talked to several people with the Stars organization who all said he's come a long way since last summer, both physically and mentally, and it's clear the Stars are going to be ready to give him a shot at the NHL -- possibly as soon as training camp."

Link is an overview of Day 1 from him.

Here was a tweet from him on Glennie:

Lots of questions about Glennie: He's looking very good. Stars are very high on him and encouraged. He's as close to NHL as anyone.

Saw Mark take a ton of video.

Chiasson had an amazing shot. He was pretty consistently sniping the goaltenders.

I was watching Chiasson closely and I would say he had the best wrister of anyone out there. Dillon and Nemeth had some really good one timers going as well.

Sinitsyn had an absolutely deadly release when he actually used it. He seemed like a pretty typical Russian: loads of talent but not much effort. But it didn't seem like many players were putting in much effort, outside of the invitees.

I didn't get to stick around for group B unfortunately. Definitely want to check them out though. Looking forward to the scrimmages next week to see some live action.

If they play each other, A is gonna post 95 B.

If you ever post in the lounge you'll get it.
