Sakic is better than Sundin but they are very close I think Sakic is the best center followed by Mats and than Thornton and Modano and Fedorov are up there as well.

Its gotta be Forsberg (maybe i'm a little bias)- you don't lead the league in points one year and points/game the next without being enormously skilled.

Sundin is an up and comer? He's almost 34 and way past his prime.

Sakic
Forsberg
Thornton
Sundin
Modano

The reason I put Sakic>Forsberg is because of his dependability. I'd rather have 80 games of Sakic than 50 games of Forsberg. Thornton is a superstar and is only going to get better, which is a scary thought. Sundin is one of the most consistant and reliable players in the league and he deserves a spot. Modano makes the cut because I don't think one bad season should completely ruin his reputation. He's a fantastic player.

On the cusp: Fedorov, Richards, Lemieux

Lecavalier over Sundin? ... I would take Richards over Lecavalier

There's a period in there, perhaps I should have spaced the sentences out more, but they are definetaly two seperate ones.

Sakic
Fedorov
Modano
Sundin
Thornton

If Forsberg does come back, he goes at #1 and bumps everyone down. Otherwise, that's the top 5.
