Will be pumped to see the Memorial Cup next year! Could see lots of Habs prospects. Also loving Timmins new open mindness, taking more CHL players (It seems) than he did before the Leblanc (09) draft year
Just wondering....what are the previews as far as the teams of our prospects aside from the Blades who no matter what are going to the MemCup, what's the chance of our guys going? Or maybe, if some of our guys' teams are too poor, any chance they get traded to better teams? I guess that's also a possibility.

Thrower and Dietz with the Blades are locks.
Looking at heir line up, Windsor could come back on top. (Vail)
Drummondville (Archambault) and Chicoutimi (Hudon) aren't contenders. Archambault could be traded but I don't think Hudon will.
Tim Bozon with Kamloops I don't know.
Our European draftees coming to play in the CHL are the other options.
Kamloops did finish last season with 47 wins and a 9th overall ranking in the CHL. They lose a few key guys over the summer, but Guy Charron is a good coach and I expect they will be competitive again.
I get a really good feeling with this kid. He reminds me of karlson (in build and mannerisms, same look in his eye). I think he'll be a big part of the team in the future. Great draft! For once I'm completely happy with our picks. Usually there's something to groan about.
Also Excited to see how Tim Bozon does in the WHL with a year under his belt.. Guy Charron (Coach of Kamloops) said that he was on a second line last year.. This year he would be on the first line as per his coach, so will be nice to see if he can get a 40-40 this year

Definitely going to catch some Oil Kings games this year to watch Bozon and Thrower.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens with Galchenyuk in Sarnia.
They went all-in this year and Yakupov won't be back....aside from Reid Boucher, Connor Murphy and possibly overager Charles Sarault, there is little experienced talent left around Gally and not enough youth/picks to clearly go for a title it seems.
In short, a trade to an OHL contender (how about London?) seems possible if it's clear he's not back as a 19 year old since he'll be ready for the show. The only issues are Gally Sr is an assistant coach on the team and the family lives in Sarnia, which makes you think Gally would almost have a NTC basically...

That's what I'm hoping happens. Although the bigger thing is that he just gets a full year in. The expectations are going to be almost over whelming for him, he's expected to dominate the OHL at this point.

I see it as a good opportunity for him to shake off some of the lingering "riding Yakupov's coat tails" arguments.
I'm fairly certain if he gets moved, it'll be a deadline thing. But most likely he plays a year in Sarnia to prove his value as a 3rd overall pick.
