I'll go with Holzer simply for the fact that he's the most NHL-ready out of the group, imo. Some of the other prospects have higher potential but are projects or could be a while away.

If I were to guess that the consensus will be split between Holzer and Ross, would that be fair?

Voted Ross. Andrew Macwilliam should get his name at least mentioned. Looks like a solid stay at home d-man.

You know you have a deep prospect pool when Ross is outside your top ten.

Nilson is my favorite "long shot" guy ... with steady and patient development, this kid could be a beast in 3 or 4 years!

Same, I went to the prospects game today and I loved his game. He was a very aggressive player physically. He goes out there looking to take the man off the puck and when he was controlling the puck he was smooth and made good passes.

He may need to relax a bit, because he did make some poor pinches, but again that comes with time adjusting to the NA game.

Ross has been in contention the last couple of rounds...I believe it is finally his turn.

Holzer should be next; he's probably one of the most NHL-ready of our prospects, but I just don't see him having that high of a ceiling.

I remember voting in years previous and after 5 or so you were voting for guys you were fairly certain would never play a game in the NHL. This year we're at 11 and there are three guys I'd bet on making it to the NHL.
