Jagr will sign with the Islanders, score 25 goals, and instruct everyone on the team to rip their Lemieux posters off their wall.

Jagr's always good for a troll on the Pens. Just going to depend on what team, etc. He'd have a shot in Detroit IMO with their style.

12 more assists to become the first European with 1000 assists, yes. I don't think 25 more goals, although he might just get it on the nose.

BTW, I think he comes back to Philly for one more season. Interestingly, BTW, Jagr has played his entire NHL career in the East, and most of it in the rough-and-tumble Atlantic.

I think he can. I honestly believe that we will see better Jagr next season.

I don't think he will. I had the same hope Fedorov would hit 500 goals but I don't think he would have even if he didn't go to KHL. 25 goals is a steep order for a 40 year old, although he is no ordinary 40 year old so anything is possible.

Is everyone sure it's one and done? I mean, sure, he's old, but he's in really good shape for a guy that old...watching him last year he seemed to be playing like a 36-37 at worst.
