Bauldie, Big Rig named to NHLPA Negotiation Committee

Chris Philips and Alex Auld (UFA) have been named to the CBA Negotiation committee by the NHLPA. This 31 player committee will serve the same role the executive committee served in 2005.

Sens fans may remember Alfredsson was a prominent member of that committee, led by NHLPA president Trevor Linden and including former NHL players Bob Boughner, Vincent Damphousse, Bill Guerin, Trent Klatt, and Arturs Irbe.

Excellent strategizing by the PA and by Phillips to get his brewery out there.

who knows, but you can probably guarantee that if there's a lockout, he's retired. He represents a class of players i certainly think should have input in this discussion.
