Realistically I could only see us landing Doan or Whitney. And I would like Whitney more because he will cost less but could have the same offensive upside.
The Sharks don't like to dump and chase... it goes against their nature. Its chip and chase something that is actually quite different. Thornton and Boyle and co don't like to risk losing possession. If you see the Sharks dumping and chasing they are losing

You are correct! We are a puck possession team. The chip and chase is used to take their blue line and or space in the opposition teams zone and set up.

Throw Colby Armstrong into the group. The leafs are buying out his contract. Risky due to him being injury prone though

We are a puck possession team that carries the puck to the boards or to the corner and NOT to the net.
