You can drop concessions and ticket prices by a decent percentage and I would bet the difference that it wouldn't make a bit of difference if the quality on the ice remains the same.

Put a winning team on the ice (one that reflects the cost of those tickets and concessions-upper percentile of the league) and people show up.

All of which is completely unrelated to your individual demand. Both long term and short term profit maximization basically ignore an individual data point.

Also, as I mentioned, concession prices are not determined by the NHL team.
